We only collect what an order needs. There are no passwords on this site: to reach your files from another device you sign in by asking us to email you a link, and clicking that link is what proves the address is yours.

We do not ask for your postal address, your date of birth, or any health information. Nothing in this shop requires you to tell us about your body or your medical history.
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or banking credentials. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it for anyone else's advertising, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us, and we name our current web host on request. Where a provider stores data outside India, we rely on their contractual safeguards.
We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Your browser's local storage holds three things, all of them on your device only:
Clearing your browser storage empties your cart, signs you out, and removes the download shortcuts from this browser. Your purchase is not lost: sign in again with the address you ordered with, or email us and we will restore access.
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires financial records to be retained, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Download records are kept for up to 12 months for security purposes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
Write to ritikkhantwal@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Erasing your order record also ends your access to the files you bought, since that record is what proves the purchase.
Product files are stored outside the public web root and can never be requested directly. A download link is created only after we have confirmed your payment, is signed so it cannot be altered, and expires about fifteen minutes after it is issued. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you, notify you by email.
